Q How does my son get his airline ticket?
The ticket is electronic. A confirmation number will be emailed to your son by the Cactus
Bowl travel agent. He is to take this number along with a picture ID (drivers license) to
the airport and a boarding pass will be issued to him on flight day.
Q How will my son get from the airport to Kingsville?
Your son will be met at the airport by Cactus Bowl Representatives holding signs that
say "Cactus Bowl". He will be transported to his hotel in Kingsville by bus or van.
Q Are there planned events during Cactus Bowl week?
Sunday January 6th - Players start practices, and will practice everyday during the week.
Monday evening January 7th - Local Kingsville families "adopt" players for the evening
and take them into their homes for dinner or barbecues.
Wednesday January 9th - A South Texas Barbecue at J.K. Northway Coliseum south of
Kingsville. There is a silent auction that happens along with meeting the players and of
coarse the best barbecue in South Texas.
Thursday January 10th - Players Banquet is held at campus of Texas A&M University
Kingsville Student Union Building.
Friday January 11th - 2007 Division II Cactus Bowl held at Javelina Stadium.

Q Is there a charge for any of the events?
Yes. the Barbecue is $10.00 each, the Players Banquet is $15.00 each. Game tickets
are $12.00 for reserved seating and $5.00 for general admission.
Q How do I get tickets for the game?
You may purchase tickets in advance by credit card. Please call Rosie at Texas A&M
University-Kingsville for Reserved Tickets at 1-361-593-4030, or for General
General Admission call 1-800-333-5032. Game tickets will be available at the gate
on game night.
