Sponsored by the Kingsville Chamber of Commerce. Several South Texas Restaurants bring out a sample of their fine cuisine from their business, South Texas Style. Everything from barbequed beef and pork to crackers and cheese with live music to boot. This Cactus Bowl tradition takes place January 11th at 5:00pm, before the kick-off, on the north end of Javelina field. A Game Ticket is the only requirement for entry into the tailgate area.
